And whilst you struggle from day to day,

So do something little to celebrate.
Whether it be a stroll, a leap or a roll.
Maybe listen to that music that moves your soul?
Jump in the shower to wash that skin. Your mood, improved, by these little things!
Jot down the pain, let it flow with a pen.
The dread whittled down to a seven from a ten.
We know thats not perfect, but lets strive for a five.
Heart ache lessoned, feel a little alive!
Sometimes, simplistic activities are key.
All these things can work for me!
More often now, I can smile while I breathe.
I can feel a little happiness, this I believe!
